The 24th annual Northwest Management and Professional Salary Survey reports data on 193 benchmark jobs, with information provided by 244 major employers within Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. The survey results notebook includes a summary report of quick-reference data and a technical supplement with salary data reported:

• collectively for all industries
• individually for each industry
• graphically and numerically
• on a job-by-job and industry-by-industry basis

The report also includes ancillary information, such as a participant directory, job descriptions, salary trend summary, turnover rate data, benefits costs, geographic differentials, and cost containment and human resource program enhancement measures.

An interactive CD, included with the detailed report, allows you to sort data and run custom reports. While running reports, you can compare your organization's pay levels to selected groups of survey participants—and a required minimum sample size maintains the confidentiality of the participants' data.
