The Texas Benefits Survey reports data on a comprehensive range of employee benefits to show what companies provide in their major benefit plans. The data comes from all areas of Texas and is grouped by geographic region. Participating organizations range from companies with fewer than fifty employees to those with more than 2,500 – and represent industries ranging from government to healthcare to food service.
The survey results notebook includes a summary report of the total survey sample, detailed-reference data on plan features including premium sharing and plan details:
• collectively for all industries
• detailed for each plan and its key elements
And for participants a valuation of your benefits compared to the survey group is also included.
The report also includes ancillary information, such as a participant directory, benefit trend data, miscellaneous benefits data, cost sharing data, and details about the most common supplemental benefits.
An interactive CD, included with the results notebook, allows you to sort data and run custom reports. While running reports, you can compare your organization's benefits plans to selected groups of survey participants—and a required minimum sample size maintains the confidentiality of the participants' data.
Further, the survey data is verified during collection and carefully proofread, giving you the most complete and accurate data possible.
